30 Day Refunds:
Optical King guarantees the quality of our eyewear.
If you are unhappy with your glasses or sunglasses in anyway, simply contact us for a free replacement pair.
We provide a 30-Day refund guarantee, which allows customers to make a return or equal exchange with no questions asked, within 30 days from delivery. We offer FREE UK returns on any glasses or sunglasses including lenses from the Optical King collection

Please follow these simple instructions for a return:

Place the frames you want to return, with all accessories including the case(s) and cloth(s) back into the delivery box in its original state. Please make sure the packing slip which has your order reference number is also placed back inside the box. Secure the box.

Log in to your Account and select what you would like to return. If you would like a replacement instead, please mention it here. You can print your return postage label at home or at the post office.

Once confirmation has been given on your return request, please send us the package so it reaches us within 30 days from the date you received the delivery.
Please remember: Returns must be in there original condition unworn, unused and with all the accessories (e.g. case/cloth) including intact tags. When you do return the parcel, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost.
You will be given a full refund once the item(s) has been received by us in its original unused condition. Please note a returns charge of £2.99 per parcel will be deducted from your total refund amount (There is no returns charge on the Optical King collection). Returns are also free for any replacements, replacements are non-refundable. Special delivery optional upgrades e.g. 'royal mail next day delivery' is excluded from any refunds. If your original order was part of a conditional discount e.g. free delivery on orders over £40, returning or replacing all/part of your order will void the original offer, if your return no longer meets the original conditions of the discount.
Please allow a maximum off 7-14 working days for us to process your return once we've received your package, at which point you’ll receive an automated email confirming any refunds. All returns are quality checked, refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of solutions and lens sprays, even if they remain in the original unopened packaging for safety and hygiene reasons.
Optical King reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, return requests at any time. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.

If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with your carrier.
You will be given a full refund once the item(s) has been received by us in its original unused condition, excluding any return shipping costs which are not covered for International Returns. You may be liable for import VAT and a custom duty charge, if returning internationally, please check with your carrier when returning your order.

If you do not accept your delivery for any reason, your parcel will be automatically returned back to us by the shipping carrier, which can take between 30-90days. Once we receive back your parcel you can either repay the postage charge for your order to be resent or you can request a refund minus the original postage cost.
