Square faces, can be best described as being widest along the jaw and forehead. 

There are many frame styles that suit the square face the best being Round or Oval styles. Avoid frames with sharp corners or angles. 

 Round faces, can be best described as having no sharp lines or angles in the face. The jawline and chin are round and the face is widest at the cheekbones.

There a variety of frame styles that suit the round face, the most suitable being Square or Rectangle styles. Avoid round or oval frame styles.

Diamond faces, can be best described as having a face which is narrow at the jawline and forehead. The cheekbones can also be more pronounced.

A good frame style for this face shape is something that will soften the cheekbones.  The most suitable being Browline and Cat-eye styles. Semi-rimless also works very well. Avoid narrow frames for this face shape.

Oval faces can be best described as having a long chin and forehead. Giving the appearance of a longer face than it is wide.

There are many frame styles that suit the this face shape, a popular style being Aviator, Rectangle or Square frames. Avoid frames which are narrow, so they don't make your face appear longer.

A heart shaped face will have a broad forehead, wide cheekbones and a narrow chin.

Recommended styles would be Browline, Cat Eye, Oval or Rimless styles. Avoid bottom heavy frames.
